The YMCA of Collier County Endowment Board, Inc. Fund was created in 1982 to secure the future of our YMCA. It provides financial stability for necessary programs and enables us to be responsive to future community needs. The Fund currently totals over $2 million. Over the past five years, the Endowment Board has provided over $500,000 to the YMCA to support and expand their program base and assist with operational needs.

YMCA Tree of Life
The YMCA Tree of Life, housed in the lobby of the Greater Naples branch, showcases our most generous Endowment Fund donors. All donors who give $10,000 or more receive a lead with their name on it that is mounted onto the Tree of Life.

The YMCA was established in London, England, in 1844 and has become a stable, values-based, professionally managed entity in touch with public sentiment and capable of meeting the changing conditions and needs of the future.

The YMCA of the Palms serves over 129,000 people annually. It is the second largest childcare provider for underprivileged children in the community with 56% of these children receiving financial assistance. The YMCA also provides financial assistance to approximately 42% of Summer Camp children annually.

The YMCA of the Palms provides financial assistance to needy families for childcare and summer camp, youth sports, teen leadership programs and family health and wellness programs.
